"Me and my buddies all stayed here for a little bachelor party weekend getaway and it was the perfect place! The place had everything we needed and you could tell that the host took amazing care of the property. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had and was very helpful throughout our whole stay. Highly recommend staying here if you are considering!"

"Absolute nightmare with BATS flying inside the property at night causing us to panic and lock ourselves in the bedroom, which was the only room with a door. We were 4 adults and we had to huddle on one queen bed all night while the bats were flying all over the house! Even on check in, there were dirty wet towels on the floor, trash in the bins, beds were slept in! No cleaning was done after the last guests checked out. "The apartment was adorable and provided a great place for my grandson and I to just hang out after celebrating middle school promotion. "Liz and George are amazing hosts! (We also love Elvis the dog and Calli the cat!) Everything was as described and the art decorating the home, all crafted by Liz, was beautiful. The bed was super comfy! There were so many things to do nesrby including a farmers market, antique shops and great mom and pop shops. "We stayed over a Lumberyard baseball tournament weekend. Beautiful views and this updated condo was perfect for our family with a great TV room, nice kitchen with breakfast bar, and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed being close to Hope Lake Lodge and eating at Carver’s steakhouse and picking up pizza to bring home at Greek Peak. Short drive to Gutchess Baseball fields and close to downtown Cortland. Will stay again!"

"The hotel is well maintained. The personnel was friendly. Our room was spotless as were the common areas. The breakfast was nice. Replenishing and keeping hot the food was at times a bit below the level of excellent but all in all we enjoyed our breakfast and stay here. My only complaint was that I needed to have my room extended to 3pm due to extenuating circumstances, but was denied. They did extend to 1pm but that was of no help to me. "
