"Maggie's Farm was perfect for our anniversary getaway. The cabin has everything you would need and then some. Mark & Jacquie are wonderful hosts. The best we have ever encountered in all of our travels. The farm is a quaint & peaceful place to rest especially on the deck listening to the creek....my favorite spot. Mark & Jacquie have made their farm a beautiful & tranquil place to rest one's soul. The farm is close to many lakes, hiking spots, & the Blue Ridge Parkway. Close to Brevard which has some very good restaurants. If you ever have an emergency I can personally vouch for the Transylvania Regional Hospital. I got really good care in the ER there. Doctors & nurses were wonderful. If you are considering visiting Maggie's Farm just do it. You won't be disappointed! "

"Comfortably accommodated four adults and four kids (9-11yrs). The lake access, dock, rope swing and boats were a huge plus for all of us! We enjoyed playing in the water as much as we did gazing at its beauty from the house. Close to Brevard, but secluded too. Highly recommend! We loved it. "

"Comfortable, well-equipped house on a beautiful little private lake! We loved sitting on the deck listening to the frogs, birds, and rain. Perfect location for a relaxing week of hiking in Panthertown Valley and Pisgah National Forest, boating on Lake Glenville, and exploring the nearby towns of Cashiers and Brevard. Several great restaurants close by as well. Definitely hope to be back!"
"We had a wonderful time enjoying our stay. Everything we needed was available. John was great with communicating and checking on us. The sauna and cold plunge was an excellent addition. We were able to unplug and be still creating an extremely relaxing get away. We will return. "

"The owners have done an outstanding job renovating an older house to make it look like new. Floors, walls, windows, kitchen, and bathrooms were all in like-new condition. The walk-in shower was amazing! The kitchen has LG refrigerator stove and dishwasher and a big "farm" sink. The location was very quiet. Other dwellings were very close, but we never heard a sound from anyone. The house overlooks a tree-covered slope. The weather was too cool to use the huge porch or the gas-fired fire pit, but it looked very inviting. We wouild definitely stay at this property again."
