"We wanted to stay near Paestum where my wife's father was during World War 2. The Expedia and hotel web site and previous reviews and pictures and views of the sea swayed us to stay here. The views were fantastic, however - Around 3pm on Wednesday Sept 18, 2013 my wife and I arrived at the Hotel Residence Le Terrazze in Agropoli, Italy. It was CLOSED!!! When I made the reservation I did note the hotel was closed from October 1 until the Spring. We were somewhat frantic being in a foreign country...

"Отличный отель, очень уютный, с небольшой, но ухоженней территорией. Просторные аппартаменты для семьи из 4 человек - хорошо оборудованы, все есть. Очень приветливая Иоланда и Сандро, откликались сразу на все просьбы. Спасибо за великолепный отдых, уютную атмосферу!! "Beautiful, private, comfortable, authentic. Giuseppe was always available, kind, and generous; he even picked me up at the station. I found the experience of living under the olive trees deeply transformative. The walk to Pisciotta is steep and lovely, taking 20 to 30 minutes, depending on your level of fitness. Walking to the beach is more like 40 minutes to an hour. Don't forget the part about sheets and towels."

"The hotel was great. Nice and clean and well-maintained. Beautiful areas spectacular views. But the best of all was the service. Assunta stayed on the phone with us until we got to the hotel safely since we got lost. She was so, so, so amazing! Seriously, the location and the view were spectacular."
