"The staff was friendly and nice. They helped us arrange a taxi from the Rome airport and also to our cruise. In addtion, the room was clean and very roomy with an afforadable price. I would definitly stay here again. "

"Clean, comfortable, and homey! The owner was super helpful, and it's a 20 min walk from the train station and 40 min to the cruise ship port. The neighborhood felt a little bit run-down. The place itself is lovely, but I did feel a need to be on my toes if I was coming home late at night."

"Although it stated check in started at noon when we got there the woman cleaning said 3pm. Shortly after we were told we could check in. The room we selected was small but clean. They had information posted around the room in English and Italian which was very helpful. The people around there were very helpful. I’d stay there again but select a larger room. It was very convenient and the town was walkable ."

"The location and view were very nice. Walking to town or to the lake was very easy. There are many restaurants nearby and all were reasonably priced. Also, we liked the outdoor balcony. The owner checked on the property both days. He was very friendly. The shower was too small. No curtains in the window to shield all of the lights outside. There was only a sheer curtain which does not serve that purpose. Overall, it is a fair price for the property."

Called the owner when I arrived in the area and she let me know she was home, room is upstairs of a house but the toilet and shower were downstairs. So no en suite room. Advertised breakfast which was disappointing on first day, and as I was able to get breakfast at an event I attended so no need for breakfast just a coffee on day 2. Bed was quite firm and had restless nights sleep. "

"We found Sans Souci BB as a last second booking after a failed reservation in Civitavecchia. I was upset that my GPS was taking me 7km outside the city centre but was so pleasantly surprised and relieved when I arrived. The property is an impressive farmhouse style villa on a substantial plot of land complete with all of their own home grown vegetables and chickens producing farm-fresh eggs daily. Michele and Renata host you welcomingly and professionally. They are both well-travelled themselves...

"Expedia mi ha fatto prenotare una camera in una struttura chiusa da 6 mesi. Sono arrivata lì ero sola in mezzo alla campagna e pioveva. Per fortuna per telefono ho sentito chi gestiva il posto e mi ha trovato un'altra camera in altra struttura. Expedia dovrebbe quantomeno un rimborso"

"Bianca and Roberto were absolutely AMAZING! It was my first time in Europe so I was unaware of the different outlets. Bianca was very accommodating and made sure to find a charger I could use! They provided a very nice breakfast and Bianca even volunteered to fix us lunch and dinner. The property was exceptionally beautiful with breathtaking views. They made us feel very welcome and it was a pleasure to meet them! I even called to ask Bianca for train instructions as we were leaving Roma Termini...

"Our group of 7 had a wonderful stay at Villa Gilda. Villa Gilda is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood and Anna (host) was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She gave us great recommendations of places to visit and the restaurants to eat at during our stay. The house was clean and well-maintained, and the host provided all the necessary amenities. "The property expirience does not match pictures on expedia. We didn't get property as it was on picture when I made booking on expedia.it. On my request they gave me apropriate apartment but in 10pm! they asked me to pay full price of that apartment although I already paid most of that amount throught reservation.. on a side fact that I booked that better apartment according to pictures on expedia.. Generaly, resort in some kind of wood and looks pretty crippy..the most of apartments are pretty...
