"The property was stunning and the employees were very nice. They just need some updates in the rooms. Our room was great. The ac was alittle noisy but honestly it was a great white noise lol. My only grip would be that I didn't have a sheet/ blanket setup for the pull out bed, didn't have enough towels in the room at check in and they didn't have a microwave in the room. BUT they were very nice and prompt when I called the front desk they immediately brought blanket/sheets and towels. They have a microwave right around the corner from the front desk. These weren't deal breakers for me. I would absolutely go back again if I was in the area."

"My stay was pleasant I checked in on Monday and went to the room. My room was comfortable clean and they even gave me a wake up call I didn’t get to get to enjoy the breakfast, but I did go to the 24 seven café that they have on site and it was delicious. The staff are very friendly in the hotel was very clean and the location was perfect because it was right next to the airport, which was very convenient for me as I had an early flight would definitely stay here again. Staff the food and the amenities were 10 out of 10 if you’re visiting New Jersey for a night or even for a week I would recommend staying here."

"This property is on my short list anytime I return to the area! The staff were ALL very friendly! The rooms are decent and I felt very safe here. Maid service isn’t doing the best job of sanitizing(…there was hair in bathtub). Other than that the carpets need to be shampooed to keep them looking nice :-). Maintenance was not helpful. I had to ask 3 times for assistance turning the heat off….and when he finally did come, he didn’t fix anything and didn’t offer me a fan. It was almost 80 degrees in my room and I couldn’t get any help. The bathtub is not draining water….the water was pooling up even after purchasing liquid drano. So maintenance needs to clean the bathtub drains in all of the units. They are clogged. This hotel is very nice and affordable and very SAFE and they provide airport shuttle service which is a rare amenity for guests!! I will definitely be staying here again the next time I travel to New York! Even at checkout all of front desk staff are so polite!"
