"The Staff were very welcoming and friendly and hand excellent customer service. My room was clean and better than the pictures online it was a great experience"

"Great"

"Everything was wonderful! The Hotel is top notch! Starting with Misha at the front desk and the delicious breakfast that Lorena, under the tutelage of Christina, prepared for us. The room was very clean and the mattress and pillows were so comfortable that I didn't want to get out of bed. The hotel is close to several restaurants and when it's time to leave, you are just off the interstate. You could not ask for more! I would give this hotel a 10!"

"The room was clean and comfortable."

"Customer service needs work"

"Misleading advertisement on website. When you get there place is very dirty stains on walls and on bed sheets. Staff leaves at 9pm so none to help you. Ac unit were very dirty. We didn't stay, we left just couldn't sleep there. Parts of the floors were missing."

"Clean"

"Terrible"

"Clean room, restaurant, bar and snack bar on site. Only complaint is that they charge for parking, which seems to be a thing nowadays on some hotels. Thankfully the young lady at the counter was kind enough to waive the fee when I mentioned it to her at checkout. Other than that, it’s a very nice hotel, will definitely stay here again when visiting Baytown."

"The staff was extremely helpful and the facility was spotless. Thoroughly enjoyed my two night stay. If ever in the area again, this is where I will stay. Completely affordable as my trip was on a tight budget. The pictures I saw on the website were exactly what I arrived to."

"This property was clean. It was easy to access and it was safe."
