No car is necessary to walk to sites like the Acropolis, shops, and restaurants are literary next to the entrance but we were not disturbed by any noise. "Thanks for a lovely stay. The kids really enjoyed the pool, there was plenty of space and despite it being February, the weather was great for exploring. Only a 20 minute walk to the historic areas. Any issues were quickly resolved. All, round, we had a great time."
