"When we arrived at the Athenian Niche house, it was so much more than we expected. The location is amazing and central to everything. No car is necessary to walk to sites like the Acropolis, shops, and restaurants are literary next to the entrance but we were not disturbed by any noise. The home itself is beautiful inside and if you enjoy to make a meal or two, the kitchen is wonderful. There are enough pots/pans and cooking utensils. Anna was superb and very gracious. "Thanks for a lovely stay. The kids really enjoyed the pool, there was plenty of space and despite it being February, the weather was great for exploring. Only a 20 minute walk to the historic areas. Any issues were quickly resolved. All, round, we had a great time."

"This has been one of the best stays I have had. Transportation from the airport was provided (for a fee) and the host met us to go over everything. She went the extra mile by giving us recommendations of foods to try and nice places to eat and get some drinks. The location is perfect, just about a 30 min walk from the Acropolis. I definitely recommend!"

"This place was in the perfect area of Athens. I loved sitting on the deck in the morning with coffee and in the evenings after a long day of walking around Athens. My husband and I were sad to leave. We will return to Athens and we will definitely stay here again!"

We were delayed getting to the rental but the contact for both our arranged pickup and the apt contact were SO patient and wonderful. The unit is in an incredible spot. This is a true WINNER.
