Casale Luisa is a typical rustic house in Le Marche countryside. Property is set in a context characterised by lush greenery and trees typical of the Mediterranean maquis. The large garden, fenced in and usable in various zones with small relaxation areas, is embellished by the swimming pool that overlooks the adjacent mountains.
The interior spaces are bright and very spacious. House is divided into two floors and two independent flats that are interconnected by internal stairs.
The sleeping area consists of 3 double rooms and 3 rooms with two single beds each. 3 bathrooms and a large rustic-style lounge where meals and playtime can be shared.

The furnishings and accessories are basic but complete with everything you need.

Casale Luisa is ideal for all those who wish to spend their holidays in absolute tranquillity and privacy.

N.B. Until March 2024 a third wing of the structure is inhabited by a family who have private access and not in common with guests who have exclusive use of the garden and swimming pool.
