"Lukten på toalettet var forferdelig, så ta med luftrenser. Underdimensjonert aircondition, spesielt soverommet er veldig varmt. kjøkken i dårlig stand, men maur. Dialogen med utleier var tung, og gikk på flere forskjellige plattformer, og hele tiden var ønske om å selge flere tjenester. Plantene på terrassen har død for flere år siden. Flott inngangsparti for hele bygget og fin utsikt. "

"La struttura è molto carina, all’interno nuova e pulita. Vista dall’esterno può suscitare qualche dubbio in quanto situata in un complesso di case vecchie. Si trova in una zona popolata per lo più da stranieri, vicino alla stazione dei treni, e non proprio pulitissima. Per il resto è tutto a portata di mano se vi piace camminare, Palermo è stupenda e le persone gentili ed accoglienti. Un plus è la vicinanza del mercato di Ballarò, un’esperienza da vivere assolutamente. "

"Would have given 5 stars for all, but the AC did not work. Host said to use remote which didn't work. Tried good batteries from tv and still didn't work. Area is way too noisy to leave windows open at night. Angelo was great bringing keys and explaining best as possible being I don't speak Italian. Would be too hot in summer without AC."

"Convenient to Palermo Centrale and a short walk to Quattro Canti and many other sights, this spacious three-bedroom apartment was perfect for our group of five (two couples, one solo). Owners Giulia and Francesco were easy to communicate with and offered good advice when we needed it (before and during our stay). The bedrooms and private baths in each room were very nice - typical small European showers, but that's not unusual - everything was clean, bright and included a few welcome snacks...

However the bed is upstairs and not so easy to walk up and down on (norwegian stairs) The warmwater heater is small so no long hot showers if You are more than one.
