"The check-in process was quick and easy. The customer service was great. Having 2 elevators was a plus. The outside was clean, neat and within walking distance of the Mall. The room was very modern and clean. The hallways were bright and smelled fresh, not like another hotel I stayed in previously. The room contained a small fridge, iron, microwave, and coffee maker. The outdoor pool area was partially shaded by trees; however, each time I visited it there were no leaves in the pool. The breakfast bar contained pancakes, cinnamon rolls, biscuits, gravy, cheese omelets, sausage, muffins, cereals, oatmeal, bagels, and yogurt. "
