"Me and my friend loved this hotel. Lots of food options, cocktails, soft drinks, wine, beer all available (someone previously said cocktails are not free - the ones on tap are free). Plenty of sun loungers even when it’s busy by the pool. Evening entertainment was mostly good! Friendly staff at reception. Easy to get around with the hotel bus stop. All in all really really good quality, especially for what we paid for, it seems like a steal! "

"We had a lovely relaxing 8 days. Nothing was too much trouble for staff. Meliá hotels are excellent. We paid extra for The Reserve and it was definitely worth it. The Reserve breakfast and lunch buffet was ideal. The pool was fabulous with Bali beds and lots of loungers. Maivelys was incredible serving drinks, fruit and ice cream. She definitely deserves a special mention and is a true asset to the Paradisus."

"The best thing about this hotel is the staff and the food. The property is a lovely art deco style building that needs some updating but the rooms are spacious and the views of the port are great. The third time we have stayed here, the buffet breakfast is great with a nice selection and the food in the bar is great too. Staff are always so friendly and accommodating. Close to bus connections, easy walk to Triana where there is a great selection of shops and restaurants. Kids love the pool on the roof terrace although it was a bit windy during our stay so we didn’t spend too much time there. "
