We had a minor issue with the shower on the day we arrived, but it was resolved promptly that same evening, showing the team’s great responsiveness. Our entire stay was so relaxing and peaceful. One of the highlights was enjoying the in-room breakfast on the balcony overlooking the beautiful lake—it was the perfect and most pleasant way to start each day. "We wanted an elegant Italian hotel full of style, and this hotel certainly delivered. Our room was upgraded to a lake view, presumably because the hotel wasn’t full. Everywhere you looked there was art work, beautiful decor and a luxurious feel, without being overwhelming. The staff could not be more helpful and professional, particularly the concierge. Breakfast was delicious with a wide range of food. The bed was quite firm and the cute balcony would have been the perfect place to sit and relax looking at the lake, had it not been for the weather - it rained! However, we would love to return to the hotel some time in the future, with fingers crossed for sunshine."
