"Very nice hotel in an historic building inside the ancient town. Friendly And helpful staff, good food (although I kind of felt that Chinese customers got kind of different menu and breakfast). Spacious rooms and bath amenities. Beds can be on the hard side to my taste."

"This is a lovely guest house inside the Pingyao ancient city walls. It is convenient walking distance to major streets with attractions and restaurants, but still quiet and peaceful.
