"Other than the fact that no one was there when I arrived and I had to call and wait for them, things were great. The hot water also took a while to arrive and didn't last long. But the staff were helpful and the location was close to most of what you want to see in Pingyao."

"What a wonderful stay we had. Helen and her team could not have been more helpful. The pickup from the train and drop off was perfect, Helen helping us with our luggage.
