"This was hands down the best VRBO we have ever stayed in and we travel often. The cottage was better than described. The added touches ( treat tray, hand written note, the best bread we have ever had) were over the top. Driving in and seeing 7 deer sitting in the front yard, waking up to deer at your bedroom window was fabulous. You’re close to everything and the communication with the owner was great. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!! The Grunwald’s will be back!! "

"Let’s start by saying that it’s a nice place. Recently remodeled little farm house on the edge of Belle Vista. But that is about where it stops. When you turn on the tap water, be prepared for a very strong odor of sulphur/crude. It’s awful. I noticed in our “welcome” email it said it had been remedied. It has not.
