Dirty shirts, services at the desk very poor, air conditioner not working no back generator when loadshedding hits Bar fridge workin inappropriately it froze food like a freezer will do

Would not recommend stay

Hi place is clean however they need to have room fragrance our room had cigarette fume, obviously our sense of cigarette smell is very active because we don't smoke, smoked person was in the room not smoking in there. Kettle tray only has 1glass and 1 cracked and chipped mug, yet is 2people sharing NO beverage sachets so what's the point of having the Kettle. New linen is needed so as the towels. No floor matts bedroom and bathroom yet it's tiles. They can make use of the fabric softener , unless otherwise our linen stayed a while before use. Smelt like mould like being stored in a damp area. Security Staff good they brought us 2nd mug
