NEW 4 Bedroom 4 Bath Luxury Remodeled Unique Family Friendly Mountain House with Central A/C - Backs right up to the forest with 2 Master King Suites, 1 King Bedroom and a very large bunk room. This house has everything your family or multiple families would ever want in a mountain vacation retreat. From the outdoor playground, hammocks, yard games, fire table/pit, and a massive 1000 sq/ft+ deck overlooking the forest, there is no shortage of amenities for you to have the best vacation ever.
The space
Welcome to the Mountain House! Named by our five-year old daughter, this house has been equipped with plenty of amenities for families of all sizes and guests of all ages. Located in Pinetop Country Club backing up to the forest, we have no neighbors behind us and a spectacular view of the tall pines. From the outdoor playset and hammocks, to the large deck, fire table, and the screened in porch, the outside alone is a beautiful private escape with breathtaking views of the forest and pines. Spend the evenings enjoying a drink on the deck, or the mornings sipping coffee from the screened in porch, and let the sound of the wind in the trees relax you. With two Master King Suites, 1 King Bedroom, a large bunk room, and two living areas, there is plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind.
INSIDE: WiFi, 6 Smart TV's with streaming apps (subscription not included), central A/C, ceiling fans, gas fireplace, video game console, toys/games for toddlers and kids
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Bedroom 1: Master Suite with King Bed and attached bathroom (downstairs); Bedroom 2: Master Suite with King Bed and attached bathroom (upstairs); Bedroom 3: King Bed (downstairs); Bedroom 4: Queen Bed and Bunk Bed with two Twin bottom bunks + Full Bed on top bunk (upstairs). Additional Sleeping: Pack 'n Play
KITCHEN: Dishes, flatware, pots and pans, Crockpot, electric skillet, baking sheets, mixing bowls, full knife set and cutting boards, grilling utensils, spices, drip coffee maker, Keurig, tea kettle, blender, hand mixer, toaster, microwave, paper towels, water filter, ice maker, high chair
BATHROOMS: Tub/shower combo in upstairs bathroom, walk-in showers in 3 bathrooms. Linens/towels, toiletries, and hair dryers provided.
LAUNDRY ROOM: Full size washer and dryer, laundry detergent, iron and ironing board.
OUTSIDE: Screened in porch with dining table, loveseat sofa and two chaise lounges. Blue-tooth speaker. Finished deck with outdoor dining table, gas grill, fire table and seating. Two hammocks, wood-burning fire pit (when no fire restrictions in place) and children's playset with three swings, two slides and play kitchen. Corn hole, dartboard, and hook and ring yard games.
SUITABILITY: Two bedrooms and two bathrooms on first floor, two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. External security cameras (front and back yard).
PARKING: Driveway parking available. Unfortunately, the garage is not available at this time.
Guest access
The entire house and property is yours to use, with the exception of the garage, which is not available at this time.
Other things to note
The property is self check-in with keyless entry. Please note: we have a strict no-pet policy in place. No smoking inside the cabin or on the property at all. No parties, events or weddings. Please treat the property, our home, with care. We are happy to have you stay at The Mountain House and hope that you enjoy it as much as we do! Thank you!
