"This is a lovely old luxury hotel. It has survived being bombed in WW II and Covid. It just needs a little more attention to cleaning the public spaces. The room was very clean, but the hallway and stair carpets had stains and dirt in the crevices. The staff was attentive and very helpful. The beds and pillows were comfy and my request for double beds was honored. The balcony views were unmatched! The rooftop dining was very good. Recommend highly!"

"The perfect holiday! We last stayed at the Royal Continental in Naples in 2019 and decided to return to celebrate our our Ruby Wedding Anniversary there. We got a very warm welcome, everyone was so friendly and helpful, the food is amazing including breakfast, food in the lobby, and the pizza in the roof top bar fantastic. We would love to come back its such a special hotel. Trips whilst in Naples included Capri and the tunnels which I would definitely recommend."

"excellent location for the train and bus station within a 3 - 5 minute walk. comfortable room, bed could be improved with an actual duvet instead of cotton sheet as nights get cooler (only suggestion not a complaint) shower was very good."

"The hotel was beautiful and had a lot of charm. You got the real feel of Italy with the decor. The only bad thing about the hotel were the sheets. They literally felt like sand paper. Other than that everything was excellent and I would stay there again."

"The rooms are very clean, comfortable beds and shower. There is an older elevator but it’s great to carry the luggage upstairs. This is a hotel with a reception but it’s located in a building with other businesses. The hotel sent a video to show how to find it in the busy Piazza. They offered parking I the corner inside another hotel which was very helpful! The location is very convenient- right by the train station and the subway!"
