"Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. L’alloggio è spazioso, pulito, caldo e confortevole, perfetto per un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. La posizione è molto comoda per chi arriva a Viareggio in treno e consente di raggiungere il lungomare con una piacevole passeggiata di 10–15 minuti.La Signora Lucia è stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile, sia prima dell’arrivo, per rispondere con chiarezza a ogni nostro dubbio, sia durante il soggiorno. Ci ha accolti con un piccolo pensiero molto gradito, che abbiamo apprezzato tanto.Sicuramente terremo questo appartamento in considerazione per una futura visita a Viareggio. Consigliatissimo!"

"The staff was very nice. The room was clean, comfortable, warm, and it had a nice little balcony.The roof top terrace was really nice at sunset, and they had an excellent breakfast buffet. There is a free beach a block away."

"We stayed here for 5 days and overall had a great time. The location is excellent just steps from the beach and close to everything you’d want in Viareggio.Alessandra, the caretaker, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Even with a bit of a language barrier, she was always available to answer questions and make sure we were comfortable. Really appreciated her support.The only downside was the cleanliness. For a property that charges 80 for end-of-stay cleaning, we expected better. The windows were quite dirty and there was noticeable dust around the apartment. The bathroom could also use a bit of maintenance.Still, we enjoyed our stay and the place has a lot going for it and with a little extra attention to cleaning and upkeep, it would easily be a 5-star experience."
