"It smelled like old Christmas decorations. And it was not a subtle place to stay in my opinion. We walked in and decided we couldn’t stay because of the conditions. It is cool but should be a museum not a rental. We asked if there was anything else and were told no. We had to get another place to stay. Would not recommend. "

"We really enjoyed this property. It is much like a camp which was comfortable and kitschy. If you are high maintenance, not the place for you but 99% of folks will love it. The outside deck is wonderful. Added 10 new birds to my life list. The most outstanding aspect of this property is the proximity to Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks.
