"This was my final stay. No one is ever at the front desk to help with questions or check-in. This has also happened in previous stays so seems like they are chronically understaffed. It took a long time to refill breakfast items that had run out. The two garbage bins during breakfast time were overflowing on both days of our stay."

"I did not like anything. Shower had black mold, TV did not work, carpets stained and filthy, looked like the ceiling ventilation had an electrical issue as vent was black and melted. My brother’s room initially had someone else’s stuff, including turtles in a tub of water. He was given another room which was worse. Blood splatter on the wall as if a crime scene.
