"What I liked about the hotel is that is walkable to the airport, and they offer 24/7 free shuttle service. Their breakfast is fantastic and included in the price IF YOU BOOK DIRECTLY with the hotel. The bed is soft and overall quiet place to stay. We got upgraded to a suite on the first night without extra charge because it was the last room available. Cons: Older hotel, needs a bit of repairs, air-conditioning problem in our room, the pool wasn't working, and the exercise room was dirty. I was disappointed not to use the pool because it looked nice. Overall, location, price, and convivence is worth staying at. We stayed here 4 nights while on a trip to Yosemite. Go to Fresno only if you want to go to Yosemite because it is so close, otherwise there is nothing to do in Fresno. Very boring city."

"Staff was friendly & tried to be helpful. Unfortunately we got a room where the privacy screen didn't work. Staff tried to get it to work but wasn't able to & maintenance guy wasn't available, ended up having to use 2 pillows to block the window. Shower was a bit run down, there was no barrier to keep the water from flowing out into the rest of the bathroom so we had water near the toilet & sink even though we did our best to aim the water away from the area. Had trouble with TV remote as had to push the off button a certain way to get it to turn off, ended up giving up most of the time. Couldn't get another room as they were fully booked & most hotels were booked due to graduation & swim meets that were going on in the area."
