I asked if there might be a place I could eat close by, and he told me about their restaurant across the parking lot and how good the food was (it was great). Then, he stepped around from behind the front desk to walk me to (not point to) where breakfast was served in the morning, and to the elevator bank. He is an extra-mile kind of employee!"
