Please note that during the peak summer season from late June through mid-August, we offer Friday to Friday weekly rentals to ensure a seamless vacation experience.



The Space:

The warm and inviting living room serves as the heart of the home, featuring a beautiful fieldstone gas fireplace and comfortable sofas perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances, including a double-door refrigerator, stove, oven, and dishwasher. Coffee lovers will appreciate both a Keurig and a standard coffee maker, while the two-person kitchen island offers a great spot to chat with the chef. The adjacent dining area hosts a six-person table and provides direct access to the screened porch through sliding glass doors. For additional relaxation, the den area offers a cozy sofa and a flat-screen television. Upstairs, the bonus game room provides entertainment with a foosball table, a dedicated television area, and a round table seating four.

Nestled in the charming Woodstone subdivision, our home offers a peaceful retreat with immediate access to nature. You can enjoy leisurely strolls along the community walking trails or relax by the scenic pond located just across the street. While you are tucked away in this quiet neighborhood, you are still only a short drive from the heart of Glen Arbor, where you can explore local shops, enjoy delicious dining options, and access the beautiful beaches of Lake Michigan. It is the perfect balance of serene outdoor living and convenient town amenities.



Getting Around:

Woodstone is perfectly situated within walking distance of downtown Glen Arbor, making it easy to explore local shops and dining. While a vehicle is recommended for exploring the wider region, we provide free parking on the premises for your convenience. Please note that parking is limited to a maximum of three vehicles, with space for one in the garage and two in the driveway. We are located just a short drive from the breathtaking Sleeping Bear Dunes, about 25 minutes from the charming village of Leland and Fishtown, and approximately 30 minutes from the amenities of Traverse City.



Other Things to Note:

In order to give repeat guests priority on reservations, this property books 14 months in advance. So if you would like to book in July you will be able to book that in September of the year prior. There are 3 different coffee makers: a Nespresso (don't forget to pack your favorite Venturo pods), Keureg, and a drip machine. We provide enough k-cups and drip cofee pouches from Leelanau Coffee to get you started for at least your first night or 2.
