"We came to celebrate our 25th anniversary and this condo was perfect. Everything was so clean, modern and the view was incredible. The water was so transparent you could look down and see fish. It was so easy communicating with Leigh. She checked in on us to make sure that everything was good. The office staff was really nice. We did rent a car and that made getting around much easier. "Loved the location!!!! We love this Hidden Gem resort. It was nice being able to walk everywhere and not need to get a taxi for most things we did. Staff was extremely nice & helpful with helping us make the most of our trip. Property could use a little updating and nicer bedding, but we loved this little place & highly recommend it to others! "We visited TCI as a group of 14 and had a wonderful time. While the road into the subdivision was rocky, we were rewarded with a wonderfully secluded location that offered privacy and peacefulness. "The property is secluded from the rest of the island. So if you are looking for peace and quiet, NWP is what you're looking for. Especially, if you don't mind self cooking and keeping things simple. The pool is well maintained. The beach is quiet. There is seaweed near the shore but it is clear of unnatural debris. If you want night life and fancy restaurants, you'll have to drive 20-30 minutes. I'd recommend a small suv. "

"We were supposed to go somewhere else but there was a hurricane. So at the last minute we chose Turks & Caicos. With not much planning, we ended up at Ocean Bay West condo. It was clean, had snorkeling gear for us 4 plus some, beach chairs, and a cooler. The cooler was perfect to pack lunches and waters for our days at the beach. The beach is beautiful, the location is good, we did rent a car to see other parts of the island and I’m glad we did. We would stay here again. "

"We couldn’t have asked for much better in this location! The location, the communication. The overall condo were absolutely incredible! Property manager was great is letting us know about the island and the location. Perfect spot for our group of five ranging from age 11 to 80. The kitchen, washer and dryer and three beds and three baths was huge! Location right on the beach and then easily walkable to restaurants and shops! Would definitely return!"

"The property was stunning. Just like the photos. Our condo was beautifully decorated and perfect for our family of 4. Our daughter's loved having their own space and the mermaid tail blanket in their room was a special touch. The beachfront was beautiful but was not swimable. "This was our 6th stay at the VR, but our fist in Villa 205. The unit was amazing. It was very clean, the bedrooms were large and there was lots of space to store clothing. We loved the master bath with double sink and natural light. Housekeeping was excellent. Check in was a breeze, and Michelle was sure to reach out to see if we needed anything. You can always get beach or pool chairs. We've been visiting Provo since 2005 and once we discovered the Villa Renaissance, we won't stay anywhere...

"This was the perfect place for our recent girls trip. Very close to the most beautiful beach, plenty of coffee shops, shopping, and dining within walking distance. The unit itself was a little dated but very clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony, well equipped kitchen, a cold AC, and we enjoyed having our own washer/dryer. We also enjoyed the pool very much. Ariel and Jane were friendly and helpful too, wonderful hosts. We can’t wait to stay here again."

"We had a wonderful stay. It was our third visit to the island, but our first time staying at The Somerset. We will be back! The staff is warm, friendly and caring. The grounds are beautiful and clean. Foster and Winston in particular made this stay very special. They went above and beyond with their kindness and helped me figure out some travel issues I encountered with success. "
