Me, my partner, my sister, her 6-month old son, and her husband, booked this spot for a mini-vacation. We'll have to come back since we didn't experience the town due to COVID-Pine Bush seems like such a fun and eclectic place.
Raquel was very accomodating and would instantly respond to any of the questions I had. Check-in was easy, the place was spotless. The beds were comfortable with tons of pillows and blankets. The bathroom had nice, hotel-like mini soaps and a plethora of soft, clean towels. Even though the place is on the older side, we were shocked at how well insulated it was. The real MVP was the fully stocked kitchen that allowed us to bake and cook for 4 days, Tupperware to store leftovers, and a grocery store close by. I didn't taste the sulfur in the water like some of the other reviews mentioned, but my brother in law said he could taste it? Either way, there's a Brita filter in the fridge or you can bring your own bottles.
If you are planning a stay longer than three days I recommend bringing the following:
- Some extra paper products (paper towels, napkins, toilet paper)
- A few tall trash bags
I'm not sure how the town handles recycling, but my only suggestion would be to have a bin for guest's recyclables. It's also quite possible we just couldn't find the bin. We just ended up just taking ours with us, which wasn't a problem since we had the space in the car.
Overall the stay was everything we needed to enjoy our time together. Thanks Raquel!
