"The unit was clean, modern and larger than expected. The bathroom was also very large. The bed was comfortable. It is very close to Itasca state park if that is your destination. We only used the room to sleep as we were visiting friends at a near by cabin. We rented it twice in 3 weeks and wouldn’t hesitant to book it b again. "

The house is as listed, and the pond is special treat with water fun and a place for a nice campfire to roast s'mores. The morning greetings from the farm dog and cat- was such a fun way to start the morning! Communication was great- and questions were answer extremely fast! Even the TEENS approved and said they want to stay again!! Thank you for sharing this property!"

"We had a great 2 night stay and spent most of our time in the state park. This was the perfect location to stay for exploring the headwaters of the Mississippi. There are not a ton of cooking items but enough to get by for a short time. If you are cooking meals and need something specific (crockpot, large pan, etc.), bring it with you or ask ahead of time. We didn't have any wash clothes or hand towels but I am sure it was just an oversight and we managed just fine without! The store on site is so cute and made the stay even better. "
