"The house is in a great location. Right by the beach and this portion of the beach is not busy. The house was clean and had plenty of room for the 14 of us. However, the beds are very uncomfortable. If you book this property bring air mattresses."

"This house is very spacious with lots of rooms. There are 2 bedrooms with full bathrooms and a third half bathroom. The location allows for easy access to very many places to visit including the Spring Lake recreation center where the pool, lazy river and splash pad is located. There are many restaurants near by as well as grocery stores and shopping outlets. "The set up was a little different since you had to check in at the neighboring hotel. We were on the 3rd floor terrace which provided the only unobstructed view of the beach. My issue were with the rugs. They didn't seem as clean as they could be. "

"The house was clean, comfortable and perfectly located. So easy to get around on our rented golf cart. It's just around the corner from a great beach access but really not far from any access point. Easy to get to restaurants and shopping. Kitchen is stocked well. We made breakfast every morning. Plenty of towels and plenty of room. "Great house for 3-5 people. Everything is very comfortable, ie seating, sofa and beds. Love the view from both outside porches. I read a lot out there because it was shaded and breezy. We had everything we could need. The stairs are challenging going up into the unit, which if you have physical limitations would pose a problem. Thankfully not for us! Overall, enjoyed it and its location to the beach, shopping, and restaurants very much!"

"This is a gorgeous property with amazing decor and views of the beach. The beach is wide at low tide and so beautiful to walk at sunrise. The home is large with a nice layout including entertainment space and bedroom separation. There was plenty of space for a family of 5. "We had a great stay at Sand Lily! It was just what we needed for a family of 3 (2 adults and 1 toddler). The location was very convenient to the beach and bike-friendly streets. We got away with not renting a car and solely getting around by bike! My son especially enjoyed the water table that the host was kind enough to put out, as well as the beach toys."

There were a few small hiccups such as trash pick not happening the day it was supposed to so it still had the other guest’s trash and we ran out of room for ours but the response was almost immediate and the trash was picked up within less than an hour of us messaging!
