"Was nice but it is criminal the price rise for game weekends. Why this was my first and last for any stay on home football weekends. I realize all the hotels do this but you are all still criminal on these event prices. Been there done that, trip to the Big House. Definitely my last. Other big schools in smaller cities do this too. They are also criminal"

"We had a great time on the lake. The layout was excellent for our group. There were lots of bedrooms and beds, great closet space, and a big pantry. The supplied water toys was a big plus."

"The property is in a great location on the lake that is part of the Portage lake system. We’ve spent many hours kayaking and exploring the nine lakes and many canals that connect them. Very peaceful and beautiful views of nature are all around! The kayaks are kindly provided by the host along with other sport equipment such as volleyball, badminton and croquet. The three bedrooms in the house allowed our family of four enough privacy. And a patio outside was great for barbecue and morning coffee. I cooked most of the meals for our two weeks stay and found the kitchen reasonably stocked. The hostess, Michelle, is very friendly and attentive to every request. She also provided us with information about local events and parks that we enjoyed visiting. We had a wonderful vacation on Strawberry lake in beautiful Michigan!"
