"Was surprised to find an additional charge of about $30 on my credit card. Despite Expedia showing a total cost that was lower; excuse: bank charges. Nonsense! Also, bathroom and two of the bedroom lights were burnt out, and the security hasp on the door was broken. Restaurant was undergoing remodelinf, which meant you could forget relaxing along the river during the day. Somewhat disappointing."

"The place is amazing clean beautiful rooms the pool was dirty when we got there but they quickly cleaned it water was good temperature crystal clean. The jacuzzi was warm but the thrusters did not function.also if you're going with children make sure to take an i pad because there was no internet."

"Outdoor pools is heated 👍just need to ask staff to turn it on. Takes about 2 hours for full heat. Wonderful swim in the evening. Sauna was down during this visit but is also a nice touch to the property!"

"El personal que trabaja en la tarde no es nada amable más bien hostil a diferencia del diurno y el nocturno, el desayuno es horrible, no se pude comer, de tan malo, mejor que no lo incluyan, chica de la cocina, es la de recepción y al mismo tiempo limpia las habitaciones."
