"Disappointing - beware. We booked a Double Deluxe room at a very high rate at this hotel and were told at check-in that we were being given a “double upgrade” to a Jr Suite. "Our stay at Rafa Nadal Residence was superb! Everything was amazing! Staff were friendly and accommodating. Facilities were exceptional! Buffet breakfast was also superb! The food were all delicious and lots of food and drink selections. Though the place is so big, its easy access to anywhere. Daily housekeeping was great too! They always ensured our room was clean and bed was organised when we get back. Overall, our stay was wonderful. "
