"Birds farm is a lovely place to stay for the local Essex or Sussex area. Very quiet in the evenings, despite being just off a busy road. Great facilities, good comfy beds, very warm heating and well supplied cooking facilities. A pool for summer, grounds and a Summer house and a well stocked games room for kids if the weather is bad. "Excellent value for money. Clean spacious rooms. Very helpful staff. Just be mindful, the parking area is small. If you come in very late, may not get space to park, but there is parking at very cheap rate nearby."
