Only thing I would have liked was to have been able to get into my room a little sooner the morning I arrived, but I understand based on check out time that was not possible. They did a great job holding my suitcase and allowing me access to a bathroom to freshen up before my meetings for the day. Thanks Riu Westminster - I would recommend to anyone traveling to London."
"The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very nice as well. Keep in mind that there is no elevator and the stairs are very steep, and the room has no AC and only a small fan. Overall it was a fabulous stay and would definitely recommend."
