"Lovely stay. Nice little hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Lovely rooms and decor is beautiful. Went in low season/September so very reasonable rates. Breakfast included and had a good small selection.
Only negative for me was all the rain meant there was heavy leaking from the ceiling at the door.

"Loved our stay at the Chiang Mai Old Town hotel. Everything was perfect, from the amenities, the restaurant, the Spa, and the Service. Our room on the 2nd floor was lovely and comfortable, very spacious. Loved the free soft drinks and there was plenty of chilled water in the full-size fridge. Our room also entitled us to the free snacks and drinks in the Lounge. The Spa was excellent also - thank you to Therapists Aam and Aed! The hospitality and service was friendly, efficient, and helpful. Thank you to all staff, in particular Bam, Mali, and finally Kwan who was always friendly and helpful, making our stay so memorable.
