That being said anyone booking through Expedia should bring as much supporting documentation as possible noting their payment. Despite having an email from Expedia demonstrating that I was already charged the hotel they hotel staff were insisting I had not yet settled my bill and ultimately I was pulling up my credit card statement to show them I had. "Arrived at 5pm, reception shut but manager promptly arrived. It was out of season so no food facilities on site. Had to drive to Hazyview 10 miles away for nearest restaurant. Chalets well appointed but chilly at night with no obvious heating. Beautiful location with river on doorstep and birds including kingfishers. Quite Isolated, set back from road and really secluded but security guard in evidence and security gate."
