We found ourselves on Christmas eve away from home and without accommodation. The only response from the property representative was that she felt sorry for me but no responsibility was taken or offer to help. "

Hotel looks just like it does in the pictures and was just perfect! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again next time I’m in Salento!
