"The best option for San Gimignano! The property is so beautiful that you think you are in a magazine. The well kept grounds are filled with blooming flowers and picturesque vantages. A friendly cat, cooing pigeons, and happy chickens add to the ambience. The rooster somehow also stays quiet... The rooster I keep at home is much less polite. Eating a delicious breakfast with the view of San G is so peaceful compared to fighting the crowds in the town. Relaxing by the pool at the end of your day...

"The host is amazing and very easy to talk with. She made sure everything was perfect. You should know this place is on top floor so there are 2-3 flights of stairs. It is worth it. Food and shopping near by. She is available anytime for questions. We stayed 3 nights and we would return! Thank you so much for such a great stay!!"

Reception was OK but the place was hard to find. the Parking was to far from the hotel, and even though it afforded the visitors a quieter stay, the walk from parking to the hotel was made miserable by the Grape flies. the driveway from the main road was a dirt road full of boulders and pits and I thought I was going to lose the undercarriage of the rented car. the plastic cups and the ceramic glasses in the room were dirty and unusable. breakfast was good each morning and the...

"This is a fabulous bed and breakfast, just outside the walls of San Gimignano and within easy walking distance of the cathedrals and basilicas inside the medieval city. We had an incredible suite with large bedroom, bathroom and wonderful kitchen. Breakfast was served in a covered room overlooking the fields and rolling hills of Tuscany. Breakfast itself was fresh and homemade. Coffee was delicious. We stayed here two night and cannot imagine a better place. Thank you for the hospitality! "

"Room was very basic with no tea/coffee making facilities. There was a shared kitchen with lots of unopened packets left inside the cupboard above the cooker. Pool was lovely and great views from the communal area.The TV in the room was very small and the volume wasnt loud enough to hear over the air conditioning. The air conditioning was very poor.
