The pool and view beyond it are fantastic, Stella is a very helpful and kind host and it's in good striking distance of many nice beaches / swimming spots, as well as a both Rethymno and Chania. "The villa was exactly as we imagined it. The location is great and you can reach the town center in just a few minutes on foot. The rooms were clean and the kitchen was well equipped. There was even a grill (which was a bit small for 11 people although). If there was a problem, Lucy and her husband were always there to help immediately. "This property was perfect for our large family, it's on 3 floors with 3 separate livingrooms, so everyone can have their own space when they need it. The house is very clean and the property manager was very responsive. There's a taverna in walking distance, Kactus Taverna, Dora who runs it is amazing! There's also a breakfast / coffee place in the village. The villa is about a 7-10 minute drive from the nearest beach."

"The staff at the hotel are very accommodating and friendly, helping you with anything you need. Our room was well proportioned, although we could have done with some more storage space for our clothing. We were situated on the ground floor right near the activity pool, which was perfect for us with teens. The staff were helpful before we even got to the hotel by answering questions via Whats App, and booking the onsite restaurants for us. We can highly recommend a trip to the Agreco Farm for dinner, The White (adults only fine dining), and Asia White - although all of the food, including the buffet, was excellent. Our family of four (with two teens) had a very relaxing holiday with the Grecotel LUXME White. Special mention to Sophia on reception and Dora in the spa, and another lady behind the front desk (whose name I can’t remember) who helped us on our departure day and getting some medicine for my husband. Would highly recommend :)"

"Lovely hotel for a family holiday. Between the pools, water park and beach our water babies were in heaven; with the inclusively priced cocktails we were too! Delicious and great range of food in the buffet. Do book on arrival if want full choice of alternative dining options. Appreciated being able to get snacks for the kids during the day. Highly rate the beach BBQ. Would have enjoyed some music in the bars in the evening, but beside that couldn’t fault our stay. "
