"We loved the location of this hotel, right in Old Town Sarajevo - all pedestrian area. A small 8 room hotel but excellent service. The three young ladies at the front desk during the time we were there helped us with some aspect of our trip - from calling a taxi, helping with directions, offering coffee, restaurant recommendations and restaurant reservation calls. They were super to work with and made our stay extremely enjoyable. Only negative - our room had a very low slanted ceiling, easy to hit your head when getting up in the middle of night (or anytime). We would stay there again!"

"Amazing experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful through WhatsApp and in person. They upgraded me to a room with terrace which was great. This is a quaint boutique hotel with an amazing location right across Old Town and the Latin Bridge. It is clean and comfortable, with just 10 rooms. Breakfast is included and good enough with main things one would need. Only thing to note is there is no staff/security after 10pm but it was fine because the door is locked and only guests can enter. I would definitely recommend to stay here and will stay here when I return. "

All of the the following were excellent - The room - large quiet and lovely bathroom Food - good variety and inexpensive Staff - all excellent helpful and very responsive especially the bar and breakfast staff Location - very close to old town. Overall - highly recommended. Upon arrival I found some cake and a card in my room as they were aware it was my birthday coming up. "

"A lovely property in an excellent location. Some of the staff are very helpful and welcoming. Ability to WhatsApp the front desk was very convenient. The rooms, however, are quite small, and the walls are thin. Surprisingly, only some of the rooms included lotion as standard amenity."

"The staff was awesome, they were very friendly, helpful and responsive. Always greeting me with a smile and a friendly hello. The room was clean and had everything I needed. I was very comfortable in the room. Bonus elevator access. Breakfast was plentiful and had lots of options to choose from. Location in old town was perfect I would recommend and I woyld stay again!"
