The staff was friendly, nice and helpful. Location was good. Pool was closed for repairs. Room door had gap at bottom and sides which increased the noise level. Windows needed sealing as well. I was told that these repairs will be done in the winter months.

The Rooms Were So Clean!! The staff was amazing i highly recommend i absolutely love the pool. Only thing is the people beside me were smoking cigarettes which your not supposed to they are designated areas outside for a reason smh. Other than that the hotel was amazing and we absolutely enjoyed it we will definitely be back everytime we go to Tennessee! ALSO AFFORDABLE PRICES

Overall the room was clean. It was very small! We could only walk to one side of the bed, because it was pushed close to the wall. There was 1 nightstand on the side we could walk too. The bathroom was clean and very nice. My biggest issues were: the phone in the room did not work, coffee pot did not work and the front door didn’t close/seal very good. You could see light shining around the door even with the lock in place.. The very first night I tried to call the front desk and found the phone did not work, so I called with my cellphone and still got no answer. We were miserable to say the least the first night. Someone on the floor in a room near us was smoking marijuana. And even though we were in a no smoking room, the smell was pouring in our room. It was so strong by the door/bathroom it was awful!! I took a towel and placed it at the bottom of our door trying to put somewhat of a seal/ barrier to try to block the smell as much as I could.

The room itself was clean, however there was no blow dryer. The day time staff was able to get one put in the room. The property itself was somewhat clean but there were some cosmetic maintenance issues that could have been cleaned and maintained batter.

Clean room with spacious bathroom. Staff was kind and very helpful. The only complaint I have is I had a non smoking room but the first night the pot smell from the other rooms filled the hallway and I got up with a major headache. The second night it was gone . I assumed whoever was smoking pot checked out. It would be better if all rooms was non smoking. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay

We had the suite that sleeps 6. It was plenty of space for 2 adults and 4 kids. The staff was helpful and worked hard to make our stay pleasant. The pool and hot tub were good. Baby pool shut down. Room was clean, beds comfortable enough, they supplied what we needed, you just have to ask for more items. We were there for a week- they collected our trash, gave us more towels and rags (took the used ones), and restocked items we needed. Breakfast was good. They do have some maintenance things, but they are working no on updating things. They also seemed understaffed, but they did what they could to make sure our stay was good.

Staff were nice. No hot water in the shower and there was existing damage to the rooms. Hot tub didn’t work and the pool was very dirty. Property is in need of major repairs. We found towels with stains in our room. The only positive was the bed was comfortable and had clean sheets
