Golf View #3212. This unit is located in GOLF VIEW RESORT! Less than a mile to the main Parkway in Pigeon Forge. The condo features 2-bedrooms with King Size beds, 2-bathrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleeping 6 people! The Golf View Resort features an on-site charcoal grilling area, outdoor seasonal pool and indoor pool that is open year-round. The Resort is located next to the Gatlinburg Golf Course. Upon making your way into the unit, you'll notice the spacious open living area featuring an electric fireplace and comfortable seating. Unit #3212 is located on the third floor; you have a golf course view off of the outdoor porch area. You can hear the sounds of the Dollywood train from this resort. The Golf View resort does have both an indoor and outdoor seasonal pool/outdoor hot tub and sauna and a community grilling area available for guests to use.

Excellent Condo
The Golf View Resort was absolutely wonderful. The condo itself was safe and secure. It was very clean and comfortable and the very fact that because my husband loves golf so much we were able to take a day on the golf course. The view from our condo overlooking the golf course was absolutely amazing. We are already planning to come back at a later time to stay at the same condominium. It was absolutely amazing, everything that we needed was there. The bed was comfortable and I would recommend anyone looking for a place to stay to consider the Golf View Resort, especially if you are a lover of Golf! We cannot wait to go back and stay at the same condominium for our wedding anniversary.

Pigeon Forge summer fun
We had a great trip to Pigeon Forge and a big part was this condo. It is a great location - short drive to all the attractions, restaurants, shopping yet the condo is quiet, peaceful and relaxing! Will come back again.

It was alright.
Lot of stuff broken and clearly hasn’t been maintained. Toilet seat broken, fireplace hinges broken, ceiling in the kitchen coming apart, bathtub drain plugs don’t work, all the doors jambs were out of place making it hard to lock the deadbolts, bathroom door wouldn’t latch, etc. sorta clean in a sense but lots of dust and dirt around vents and window sills. Wasn’t terrible but wasn’t our favorite.

Great location
Lots of positives but a few things to work on. Location is perfect for exploring Dollywood and Pigeon Forge area. The home was very clean and easy to find and check in. Living room is comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. There is a nice view of the mountains. Two things that need addressing are the Jacuzzi tub and the master bed. The tub did not have a working plug and we had to rig our own to be able to enjoy it. The master bed needs better support and mattress. We ended up switching to the other room which was a much better experience. Overall I still rated this property highly as it has a lot of positives and hopefully the problems can be addressed

The condo was clean which is 💯 important to us! Just a few things to guests, the master bath drains very slow and the master bed is very firm! Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Great spot!
This was a great fine find for our family. Full kitchen, washer & dryer, private balcony, peaceful view. Thought we would have been annoyed driving down to the pool. We couls have walked it but the drive wasnt that bad at all. Great view of Dollywood's fireworks, too!

Fantastic unit and so close to Dollywood! Manager was so nice to move our dates since my son had Covid last fall the day before we were checking in. So loved to this past weekend and the weather was perfect! Thanks again for everything!

Communication was excellent although no representative was on sight. Maintenance was lacking. The jacuzzi broke and the cable box was missing. Having no representative on sight also lead to guest feeling like they own the pool. One family allowed their little boy to play butt naked around the pool and teens felt like it was a great opportunity for a makeout session.

Good description of property on website. Condo was nice. We had a few problems such as a clogged drain in the bathroom and the dishwasher was broken. We called the property manager and he responded quickly. He sent a repairman to unclog the bathroom drain but was unable to repair dishwasher. The dishwasher probably had to be replaced. Suggest adding a spatula and hot pads in the kitchen (to get hot items out of the oven).

Nice quiet location overlooking the golf course
The location is quiet off of the parkway and very close and easy access to Dollywood. The layout was nice and roomy. Not a lot of things in the kitchen to use for cooking so prepare for that. The beds are a little on the hard side but that’s what we actually prefer. Overall, very comfortable for our weekend getaway.

This property was in a perfect location just off the Parkway. Convenient to everything. Well equipped and clean. Three things that could be better: 1. the beds, one bed was very hard and the other one was not supportive at all. 2. Pillows were not very comfortabe 3. The towels could use some fabric softner, they were a little scratchy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Large, comfortable condo
We found the condo quite large loved the fireplace, very clean and very close to where we wanted to go. My only suggestion would be a, better stocked kitchen in the way of spices sugar, salt, pepper that kind of thing the main reason people stay in a condo with a kitchen is to be able to cook at home and not having any spices made it a little difficult. Just a suggestion, and not a complaint.
