"Aside from the reality that we met some Tennessee bugs for the first time in our room before being moved to another room, this was an outstanding experience. The hotel and everything were great, the people were great, the experience was great, and the park was great. Shannon from the restaurant, if you're out there, you're incredible and she made our entire trip. Even though our first few minutes in the hotel were a little crazy learning about Tennessee bugs, the hotel came through and did everything they could to make us happy and it worked. We left all smiles. "

"Scary driving into lot (motel 6ish) but once inside office & room, extremely pleased. This is not a 5 star hotel but neither is the price. Comfortable beds/pillows, clean, decent breakfast, enough parking, nicely situated on edge of town but walking distance to stampede. Cozy fireplace & balcony that overlooks river. Lots of wildlife & very quiet & serene. Highly recommend."
