Guest Access:
GETTING THERE: The road is paved all the way to the house with a gravel driveway up to the front door.
PARKING: Long driveway for easy in/out with two additional reserved parking spots near the road. Room for 3-4 vehicles if needed.
ACCESS: The front door has an electronic lock with a code that changes after each stay to ensure our guests safety.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of Pigeon Forge, you will have easy access to it all. Our neighborhood will provide a peaceful, quiet oasis to end your day while still being in close proximity to everything the area has to offer. Our cabin is very easy to access with paved roads the entire way, so no need to deal with windy, steep roads to get to your mountain getaway!!
Other Things to Note:
Our inspiration for the “Creekside Treehouse” goes back to fond memories of our family trips to the Smoky Mountains. We created this budget-friendly home to provide other families and friend groups the opportunity to make lasting memories in the mountains.
We provide a starter pack consisting of kitchen, cleaning supplies and bathroom toiletries. Items that are NOT provided, but are suggested to enhance your stay are: charcoal, grill lighter, one pound camping gas propane tank for fire pit, bug/tick repellent, sunscreen, Keurig coffee cups, tea, water, s’mores essentials.
WIFI: Free high-speed Wi-Fi included. Password will be provided at check-in.
OUTDOOR GRILL: A park style grill is provided for your use. Bring your own charcoal. Please make sure to put ash inside the provided ash can. Feel free to bring campfire propane tank for fire pit use.
TRASH: If you need to remove trash from the house make sure to put it inside the container at the end of the road. Do not leave trash in and around the property due to wildlife.
CRITTERS: There are critters AND bears in the area. If you encounter a bear do not feed or try to approach them.
*Disclosure: The Premises is equipped with exterior security/recording cameras. Cameras are installed primarily as a theft deterrent and to avoid police dispatch for false alarms. Security cameras are not monitored and should not be relied on for personal safety. No cameras are placed inside, or with any view of the interior of the property. Security cameras may be used to verify compliance with rental policies.
