Relaxing

We showed up with a very large group, Everyone was happy and totally amazed with the comfort, it felt like stepping into home. The kids did not want to leave! It was the perfect spot for a much needed get away and it was very close to the strip. Being able to take back roads and avoid the heavy traffic was a huge plus!

The location of this cabin was great! Conveniently located minutes from Dollywood, The Island, and many dinner shows. Only downfall was the huge tv in the theater room did not work. One of the main reasons we chose this cabin over others was the theater room, which we were not able to enjoy.

We had a great time! We had to reach out to personnel several times and was answered right away and problem was solved. The only complaint that I have would be that your cleaning crew could do a better job on floors!

Cabin was in a great location Only gave 4 stars because the cabin wasn't decorated for Christmas this was our family gathering for the holidays as we live in different states we went and purchased a tree to make it perfect!

Youth Group trip

The property was very clean and had all we needed. Plenty of towels, stocked with laundry pods, dishwasher tabs, etc. The kids were a little disappointed there was no air hockey table or hot tub but they loved everything it offered. It was perfect for us and had good parking and safe roads leading to the cabin! We were in a 15 passenger van.

Good and bad

This property definitely needs to be renovated and upgraded. The hot water heater couldn't support filling one bathtub completely. There's no air hockey table. The best thing was it was five minutes from Pigeon Forge.
