"The hotel was located next to many attractions. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The indoor pool was a hit with my daughter. The hot breakfast was good, buta little more variety would be goos. It was sausage, biscuits, gravy, and eggs each day we were there. The rooms were clean and pleasant. My only quibble is the bathroom is a bit small. Overall we would go back and the price was very good."

"The room was nice and clean. Cleaning staff was excellent. The ceiling in the room had some spots that needed attention. The noise from the street was a loud at times."

"I really enjoyed my stay at The Inn on the River. The room was nice and comfortable, and the staff were really nice and helpful. I also loved the complimentary popcorn they had in the evenings. It was a nice little touch after being out all day. Overall, I had a really good experience staying here and would definitely come back."

"Was pleased as was clean and people were nice. Only issue is that when took showers, it would from burning hot to freezing cold within seconds so hard to take a soothing shower. Otherwise no issues."

"We enjoyed the clean room,the hot breakfast, the outside pool was good.the inside pool was colder than a ex wife.there was plenty of shops around which my wife always enjoys. This time it was easy getting around because there wasn't much traffic."

"We love staying here. It’s our Pigeon Forge Go-To. The hotel has plenty of things to do. Fun for all ages. Multiple water parks, food options and lots of entertainment. Rooms are spacious and comfy. Highly recommend"
