Small cabin with big benefits!

We loved our stay at this cabin! The cabin is located right on the river, where we were able to watch and listen to the wildlife during our stay. The cabin was also extremely clean and had everything we needed. Additionally, we liked the location of the cabin as it is close to the main strip of Pigeon Forge making coming and going throughout the day convenient. We would definitely stay again!

Skinny Dippin cabin rental

Property was very clean, beds were comfortable, location was extremely convenient to Pigeon Forge. Area was quiet and lots of outdoor space to walk our dog. Management was very quick to address a couple of minor issues at the cabin. Kudos to management and cleaning staff! Would not hesitate to stay in one of their properties again.

Very clean and perfect location

We were very pleased with the cleanliness and location of the cabin. Check-in was extremely easy, with text reminders of what needed to be done. We loved that it overlooked the river but wished there were a couple more chairs to accommodate 4 people on the deck. The only suggestions we have is to tighten up the faucets somehow to keep them from leaking. Maybe another chair/recliner in the living area to make it more comfortable for 4 people to relax. Our only complaint would be the cabin temperature. We had the thermostat set at 70 degrees and during the day the temperature would reach mid 80's. We ran the ceiling fan and had all the drapes drawn to no avail. With that being said daytime temperatures were in the 100's which didn't help. Also there was a large gap in the door which let in a lot of hot air. None of the above items would keep us from booking this cabin again.
