"Rooms are small but comfy and cozy!!! We have stayed the past 2 years and have ZERO complaints. Staff is friendly and outgoing, always helpful. Location is great, right in the middle of Pigeon Forge to Gatlinburg to Sevierville... Parking is never a problem.. We love the area... Breakfast is always hot, fresh, and tasty!!! We are planning our next trip now!!!"

"My son and I had a good stay. The room was clean and neat. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were a little too big and perhaps overstuffed. Parking in that busy vacation community was convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. I have only 2 complaints: 1. The room tv was unsatisfactory. There was no channel guide and the only way to find a desired channel or network was to go through all of the channels and hope to stumble on the one you wanted. We could not find a college football game that we wanted which was televised on a prominent network and kept up with the score only by wi fi and internet. The staff was unable to help with this problem. 2. Our room was on the 5th floor and the motel was on the "main strip" in Pigeon Forge TN. The traffic noise bothered us all night, hindering sleep."
