"Weekend stay in Paris (first time). Friendly staff. clean, comfortable, quiet and safe. Great amenities. The tub was a but hard to get in and out of as a short person (especially after the showed when tub went/slippery)."

"Clean and simple with the right price tag. There’s AC and an elevator which was a huge help in the middle of this crazy heat wave. Great neighbourhood with cafes and eateries just around the corner, plus walking distance to major landmarks (and larger crowds). Very happy to have stayed here as a solo traveler and would book again."

"Found this place at the last minute in anticipation of the heat wave in Paris. We lucked out that it was fantastic. The room was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful. It was great to come back to a room nice and cool after enduring the heat wave that hit Paris during our trip. There were so many food places with locals frequenting that you knew this wasn't another area that is a tourist trap. Be aware that on Fridays/Saturdays there are many nightclubs nearby, so there will club goers partying. The room we stay in did have really good sound proofing, so it wasn't really noticeable. Great place to stay in the Pigalle area. Close enough to Montmartre to walk to. Fantastic madeleine bakery shop a couple of doors down from it. Literally a hole in the wall where they sell freshly baked madeleines. We would stay here again for sure."

"The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar and restaurant has amazing views of the Eiffel Tower. The lobby has a self serve coffee and tea station along with water refill. Location is great near restaurants and bakeries. The hotel is a short walk from buses and the Metro. I would recommend the junior suite which was very spacious."

"We stayed at this hotel for our last night in Paris and we wished our stay could’ve been longer. The hotel is very well kept, the rooms were clean, although a little small, very inviting. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the AC goes a long way. My biggest review goes to staff. I stood one night and left in the morning and during my rush of checking out, my partner left my wallet and cash without noticing on the bed. As I am in the airport ready to board my flight, Jules from the hotel calls me to inform me they have found my wallet and wanted me to be aware that it was there. I asked if my wallet could be shipped, and they informed me that unfortunately that goes against their policy but were so helpful in trying to help me resolve this matter. Luckily, I had a friend in Paris that could go pick it up for me within a few days and would ship it for me. Jules made it his business to make sure he would set it aside for me safely and assured me not to worry. He followed up with me via email and his honesty along with the staff who found the wallet, should be commended and applauded. I would gladly recommend anyone to visit this hotel and to know that the staff truly cares about their customers. Thanks Jules. I truly appreciate your hospitality and your professionalism and honesty."

Hotel Bonsejour Montmartre

"The hotel is conveniently located. It is close to the Sacre Coeur, excellent restaurants, boulangeries and cafes. The street can be a bit busy with people at night (there is a bar on the corner). Because of the heat, we had the window open but I used ear plugs and it didn't bother me. With the window closed, it is probably fine. There was a fan in the room, which was much appreciated. There is an elevator too. We had a room with two twins pushed together and a private bath. Soap, shampoo and body lotion were provided. It is a a good deal for a hotel in the heart of Paris. Staff were friendly and helpful."
