The villa itself is well equipped and despite the summer heat it remains cool during the night (ceiling fans help though). The infinity pool is large and impeccably maintained which provided a refreshing escape from the summer heat. The owner was there to meet us, show us around and advise on dinner etc. The surrounding view and area is stunning, peaceful and in the countryside. The rooms are large with en suites. The kitchen is more than adequate for self catering. This property is a must, thank you for letting us stay."

It is centrally located so easy to visit various towns and villages in Umbria each day. The layout of the house was great for our family of 3 with our daughter having her own en suite room. But it is really the outside spaces that make this home awesome! It was very hot during our visit and the pool was great...

"What a lovely little cottage on your own private piece of land. The views from inside and outside are gorgeous of the Umbrian Valley. The cottage was perfect for 2 and could not be more private. Owner and caretaker were was at our disposal if needed and communication was wonderful. Great base home to visit Assisi. We travel very often and for long periods of time, so we have rented more places than I can count, and I recommend staying at R & R. "
