Independent villa with private swimming pool and amazing view of the Paradise Gulf.
Expressely intended for people looking for an oasis of peace and relaxation in beautiful surroundings with fantastic marine scenery.

THE SPACE
The property is an independent villa with private swimming pool, barbecue with wood oven, panoramic terrace and a garden you reserved of approximately 1,000 m2 with a play ground & fitness area (ping pong, darts, childrens game, rocking chaire, weights , pungball and a fitness bench) and various relaxation areas, everything surrounded by an amazing seaview.

The two-storeyed house is about 110sqm, with a spacious living room with sofas and fireplace and a sofa-bed in own corner (2 extra beds), a bathroom with shower and a kitchen upstairs.
A spiral staircase leads to the lower floor with 2 doublerooms (king size beds) and a bathroom with bathtub.
All rooms have sea view with balcony or garden with orange and mandarin trees.
It is available at your request a children bed (cm 125 x cm 55).
If You request in both double room is possible to add a bunk bed. As a consequence the space available in the room will be corespondently reduced.
Both requests must be transmitted with a preadvise of at least three days.

SWIMMING POOL
It is our magical place and we are sure you'll enjoy it a lot.
The skimmer in automatically programmed and there is no need for You to intervene. The level of water could suffer decreases due to insulation. The gardener will take care of this.
Please note that the control of the swimming pool area is at your risk and responsibility and the care must be continuous especially if there are kids.
The area has its own lamp and the swimming pool lights can be switched on / of in the control panel.

There is always hot water available inside the house.
Besides You'll find a solar shower close to the swimming pool that will grant You an unforgettable "open air shower" in sunny days saying "hello" to the Portofino mountain.

GARDEN MANTAINANCE
Due to the large garden spaces and the high amount of plants present as well as for your comfort, twice a week a gardener will be present to water plants having access to your reserved area. This will generally happen from 6 pm to 8 pm twice a week. At your request it may be agreed to change these times to early morning.
Besides the gardener will be present in the upper parts of the property in other moments with no access to your reserved area unless request.
We suggest, if you think this appropriate, to make use of his help because he knows quite well house and garden and has our express permission to operate.
Please do not lean on ropes. They are intended not to support weights but just to create a delimitation of spaces.

OUR BIOLOGICAL LAND
For a precise choice our land (we have approx. Other 1,000 mostly olive plants which are not included in the package you reserved) has never been touched by chemictal products of any kind.
Some way our family anticipated the times of decades!
It will be our pleasure to offer you the products of our plants according to seasons: lemons, oranges, mandarins, prunes, black cherry, figs during August

THE PICK UP OF OLIVES
Our fathers used to pick up olives to produce a first standard olive oil. Now we have decided that we could restart such activity.
If any of You is interested to partecipate we can agree special conditions of staying or getting the final product.
In recent years we have had wonderful autumns with a lot of sunshine living day time in shirts and polo shirts and appreciating the fireplace atmosphere in front of the sea in the evenings.
Please do consider such opportunity. It could be an unforgettable experience.

OTHER INFORMATION
- Parking: At your arrival You'll find a reserved parking place 100m from the house entrance in a public parking able to accommodate 7/8 cars.
During your staying You can park both in the above parking (subjet to availability of space generally present) both in the public parking palces in the village of Pieve Ligure (450m from the house).
Please note that the last 450m of your travel to the house (Via Massone) are with a single track road with pitches for pass. The road is usually used by cars with Mercedes and Audi standards with no problems by a driver with medium driving capacity.
In case You request we can arrange a transfer from the village of Pieve Ligure at the cost of 30 euros and drive You 30 m from the garden entrance of the house. This service is subject to availability.

- Reserved Areas: There are a few reserved areas that are not serviced. Therefore we prefere to keep them closed. They are a minimum space in the area You are reserved and are generally signaled by stopping ropes.

- Food Delivery: in the village there is an "emporium" that, with arrengement, will deliver you the standards food provisions you may ask for.
Our family owns some fisheries in the center of Genoa and we may arrange first quality fresh fish almost every day (local, mediterranean and international fishes).
Please consider that the fisheries are situated in two of the best locations for food in Genoa: we have no doubts that we shall be able to arrange a fantastic holiday also from this point of view with other first quality delicacies like Genoa Pesto, tomatoes first class local, italian wines).

- Mobility: Passing throw the garden there are only two steps to move between ground and first floor. Therefore people with limited mobility would have no problem to move inside the whole garden and house area.

There is a minimum stay of 3 nights: under date, if the villa is available, you can book for fewer nights. Let us know your needs to find the most appropriate solution.
